About the Project

New 325, 554 SF, 3-level precast parking structure adjacent to the world headquarters of Butler Manufacturing also serves to provide parking for one of Kansas City's largest special events venues, Kemper Arena. The parking structure is located in the historic Kansas City Stockyards district.

Unique features include : The security system includes 58 security cameras, 20 emergency call stations and five emergency duress buttons; 50-year warranty, Sleep parking huts from California; Security cameras observed from multiple areas via wireless link.
