The Estimator is responsible for developing comprehensive estimates and proposals for electrical projects. This role involves preparing and presenting lump-sum bids, detailed proposals, unit costs, and quantity takeoffs for a wide range of projects across a diverse client portfolio.
The Assistant Estimator supports the preparation of construction cost estimates and actively participates in project planning, development, negotiation, and contract execution.
The Project Manager leads electrical and specialty‑systems construction projects with oversight of field teams, effective risk management, and a clear focus on delivering quality results while protecting profitability. This role demands a detail‑driven professional who can manage complex work with precision, technical expertise, and steady leadership.
