New American Royal Complex

Featured Projects

The new American Royal complex will encompass 390,000 square feet of construction on a 127-acre site.

This extensive project necessitates the installation of entirely new conduit throughout the buildings, which will be efficiently coordinated using Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology. The project will include the installation of new light fixtures and lamps, including emergency lighting, complemented by a sophisticated lighting control system. MC cable will be utilized for all branch circuits located within walls and above ceilings. Additionally, new generators and an automatic transfer switch system will be incorporated. The electrical systems to be installed include Access Control, Audio-Visual, Telecom Building infrastructure, and Video Surveillance (CCTV).

Sprint Center

Featured Projects

This project tasked Mark One with the installation of new tele-data cabling throughout the Sprint Center Arena.

The scope included necessary rough-in work, and any associated demolition required for the installation. Subsequently, we connected the new cabling to computers, televisions, electronic lighting systems, security computer systems, and various other electrical systems. Given that the Sprint Center encompasses an area of 693,000 square feet, this was a substantial undertaking.

Mark One was proud to be selected as the electrical contractor for the Museum of Kansas City project, a comprehensive renovation designed to elevate the historic museum while honoring its role as a steward of Kansas City’s history and cultural heritage. The three‑story, 47,000‑square‑foot facility underwent a complete modernization of electrical wiring, devices, and systems, all executed with careful attention to preserving the building’s original fixtures and historic architectural character.

Truman Library

This project included the renovation of more than 26,000 square feet of gallery space and the addition of a new 3,500‑square‑foot East Entrance to support expanded exhibits, education, and community outreach. To protect delicate artifacts and enhance the visitor experience, Mark One installed and commissioned a fully integrated lighting control system, providing precise control over state‑of‑the‑art exhibit lighting.  The project also included exterior upgrades, with Mark One installing new LED fixtures on existing parking lot poles and replacing bollards with LED‑illuminated walkway poles, improving safety, visibility, and site aesthetics.
